INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT AS AN IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF SUCCESSFUL FUNCTIONING OF THE COUNTRYS ECONOMY

Summary

According to Albert Einstein, "If you do everything the same as before, you will get what you've got before." In the life of any person there comes a time when it is necessary to change something in order to improve the life achievements. The similar changes are also important for the existence of organizations and even states.

As one of the most successful innovators of all time, Steve Jobs said, innovation is the only way to win. Any person has a creative talent – an ability to invent or improve something. An important factor for people with creative talents is a freedom, a wide area to create something valuable. If such a freedom, an area are not allowed in order to develop the ideas, then the chance of generating innovative ideas on this particular area and then implementing them, is reduced to a minimun.

So, what does the freedom and the wide area mean, and what role the state has in this direction in order to make the citizens of the country and especially the young people think "differently", innovatively and create products or services of a material or social effect from "nothing"? With their legitimate levers the state should develop those directions of economics and science, in which a high solvency customer and a modern science are interested in. This is a major prerequisite for the optimal utilization of existing resources in the country and its successful positioning in the global market as well as in the international research-scientific database. It should be noted, that the implementation of such a process is quite difficult in the post-Communist country, as the innovation-oriented management is a kind of psychological phenomenon for humanity, that has been adapted to the market economy, and yet a novelty for Georgia.

However, a lot of positive steps have been taken recently in this direction, and authorities have actively participated in the propagation of "innovative ideas" for citizens, what, in our opinion, is very important, because a few years ago, the lesser number of citizens knew the essence of the concept of innovation and how important the innovative approaches to the economy are.

The introduction and development of innovative management are essential for the economic and intellectual development of the country. All the governmental agencies, as well as a non-governmental or civil sector should be actively involved in the process of promotion of innovative management, and this process should be based on enthusiasm and optimism. Every leader should maximally ensure the introduction of innovations in his subordinate institution. Monotony leads to stagnation, the most remarkable example of which is the Soviet period management.

Moreover, teachers and professors should encourage their students to innovate and try to explain them the essence and importance of innovations. We should remember that any of our ideas can lay the foundation for the creation of a new Georgian company that would produce products in Georgia and sell them in different parts of the world.

Fortunately, the scope of innovative management in Georgia is extensive. Basically, we can develop our ideas in such directions as agriculture, tourism, service, metallurgy, construction, hydropower, medicine, science, etc.

When one of the journalists asked the inventor and the author of grandiose innovative projects, billionaire Iloan Masque, about the meaning of life, he replied that "the purpose of human life is to solve the problems that our family members, relatives and humanity as a whole face". Thus, the solution of those problems that people face and the satisfaction of their requirements represent the ultimate goal of the innovative management. The modern world, the globalization serve this purpose, and the talented Georgian nation, I believe, should take certain responsibilities in this regard, ask the right questions, actively implement innovative management in the country, what is directly related to a sustainable development of the state economy and its successful functioning.
